Online Athlete Membership Form

Membership allows the Federation to maintain an accurate record of all individual participants in our sport, ranking and assists in preserving records of Jiu-Jitsu lineages.

Here are all the required documents for your membership process:
**Required Information**

• IDENTIFICATION
  A copy of your current government-issued identification (National Identification Card, passport, or new driver’s license). The ID must be valid, must list the athlete’s full name and date of birth and must be listed in roman characters. Minors must upload their birth certificate.
• RECENT PHOTO
  Your recent passport-style photo taken in front of a plain white background. No hats, sunglasses or other non-religious covering.
• PROCESSING FEE
  MUR 500/ year
